We look forward to the day families can once again shop in-store! However, we are currently only processing orders placed on-line. Please be sure to include your child's name and grade in the notes section when you place your order.
Purchases will be delivered to the classroom for students in Grades 5 or under. Students in Grades 6-12 will pick up their orders at the front reception desk.
Only students may visit the store when it is open. To reduce physical handling of cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Interac are the preferred forms of payment. Purchases will no longer be charged to the student account.
Returns can be dropped off at the front desk. Please ensure your daughter's name is labelled with the return. The store is unable to complete a return without the student name.
Our student store team will review the item and if it has not been worn, they will process the refund back to the original form of payment and email a refund receipt to you. Socks, tights, face masks, worn or washed clothing, hair accessories, jewelry and scientific notebooks are a final sale. Please return items in original condition or packaging as much as possible.
If an exchange is required, the item must be returned and a new item must be ordered on-line.
